To ensure that each party of the contract actually fulfill their promises, we can enforce a system where the contract creator pays an extra fee when making the transaction. This security fee is kept until the promises are fulfilled by the other party. Once both parties fulfill the promise, the security fee is reimbursed to the contract creator or otherwise will be given to the other party as compensation.
